Cancel or get a refund

What happens after you hit send

1. Straight away you get an email confirming I have your request. That email is your receipt. Keep it.
2. Within one business day I action it, usually the same day.
3. You get a second email confirming it is done. Refunds then take five to ten business days to appear back on your card, which is your bank's timeline rather than mine.

One thing worth knowing before you go

If you are stopping because term is over, exams are done, or life simply got loud, you do not have to cancel. You can pause instead. Your progress, your streak and your card all stay exactly where they are, and nothing is charged while you are paused.

Pick I am not using it / no time or Exams or term finished and I will offer you that instead of closing the account. You can still say no.

If something was broken

Say so in the box. I would much rather fix it and refund you than have you leave quietly and never tell me what went wrong.
